The High Hat Lamp Collection has been designed to cater the diverse needs of big restaurants and hospitality spaces with a consistent design. The versatile aluminum lampshade can transform into a pendant, floor lamp, table lamp, or wall lamp. The High Hat Lamp series was manufactured by Lightyears, now known as Fritz Hansen.

design focus
The High Hat Lamp Collection meets the many different demands found in a large restaurant or hospitality space while still holding one design DNA. The remarkable aluminium lampshade easily shifts from being a pendant to become a floor lamp, a table lamp or a wall lamp.
The designs draws its inspiration from the musical instrument the “high hat”. Being a professional drummer himself, Johannes Torpe has always dreamed of designing a piece that would combine his two big passions in life: music and design.
